In Automic Automation Intelligence (AAI), the Jobstream Edit interface does not accurately track the state of changes within the Jobstream Hierarchy tab.
Users have reported that navigating between history options—such as toggling between "Include all historical runs" and "Include runs since"—and then clicking Cancel triggers an "Unsaved Changes" warning. This behavior is unexpected because the user is attempting to discard an action or hasn't committed a change. Clicking "Save" in this state unnecessarily forces a rebuild of the jobstream run history, which can be resource-intensive.
Actual Behavior: The system flags the record as "dirty" (modified) simply by interacting with the radio buttons or dropdowns, even if the user cancels the action or returns to the original setting.
Expected Behavior: The "Save Changes" prompt should only appear if the configuration has actually been altered from its original state. Canceling the dialog should exit without a warning if no parameters were changed.
Automic Automation Intelligence (AAI) version 24.3.x

The issue will be fixed in AAI version 24.4.0(Release date to be determined)
