Issue/Introduction

When attempting to add another VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) instance to VCF Operations 9.0.1.0, the following error message is displayed upon saving the adapter:

Failed to create VCF cloud account. Management Domain details is null

Connection validation for the VCF instance returns "OK", but the error occurs when saving the adapter.

Environment

VCF Operations 9.0.1.0

Cause

There is a known issue in VCF Operations 9.0.1 where the relevant CA Certificates are not sent to VCF Adapter. This will be fixed in an upcoming release.

Resolution

This is known issue in VCF Operations 9.0.1 and is fixed in later versions of VCF Operations.
