Issue/Introduction

Apache service does not start post enabling SSL on Access Gateway

Environment

Siteminder Access Gateway: 12.8.x

Cause

Typo in the Apache httpd-ssl.conf file for the parameter SSLCertificateKeyFile.

 

Resolution

Updating the Parameter to SSLCertificateKeyFile fixed the issue.
