Tier-1 Gateways do not automatically appear on newly added Edge nodes

Issue/Introduction

After deploying and adding new Edge nodes to an existing cluster, Tier-0 (T0) Gateways successfully appear on the new nodes, but Tier-1 (T1) Gateways do not automatically migrate or utilize the newly added nodes

Cause

Tier-1 (T1) Gateways are typically deployed in active/standby mode, which restricts them to running on only two Edge nodes at a time. In contrast, Tier-0 (T0) Gateways deployed in active/active mode will automatically appear on all Edge nodes in the cluster. 

Resolution

This is expected behavior based on the active/standby architecture of Tier-1 Gateways.
To manually assign the T1 Gateway to specific new Edge nodes, follow these steps:
