The delivery failure might be caused by external factors, such as the recipient's SMTP server configuration, spam filters, or network-level blocking.
Perform the following troubleshooting steps on the receiving infrastructure:
Verify SMTP Server Logs: Check the logs of your organization’s SMTP relay or mail server to see if the connection from VLCR is being accepted or rejected.
Check Spam/Junk Folders: Ensure that the emails have not been flagged as spam by the recipient's email client or server-side filtering engine.
