Unable to open probe utility for probe sin the robot except for controller.

Cause

Port issue

Resolution

It appears that several ports on the non-working robot are not currently open from the hub machine. Telnet is failing for the robot process, cdm, and logmon probe ports, although it is working correctly for the other robots and probes.

 

Currently, only port 48000 is open, which allows access to the controller probe utility. Please ensure that the remaining necessary ports are opened so that the probes can function correctly.
