"xcomqm: error while loading shared libraries" when applying XCOM maintenance on RHEL 10

Issue/Introduction

Applying maintenance to XCOM r12.0 on RHEL 10 fails with message "xcomqm: error while loading shared libraries: libcrypt.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory"

Environment

XCOM r12.0 for Linux

Cause

The missing library was caused by changes in the GlibC version update on RHEL 10.

Resolution

Install the "libxcrypt-compat.x86_64" library from RedHat repositories and then apply the XCOM r12.0 maintenance.
