How to customize notification from the Quarantine portal?

Issue/Introduction

You would like to customize the digest notifications received from the Email Quarantine portal.

Resolution

To customize and preview email templates, you need to login to Email Quarantine portal (eu.quarantine.symantec.com or us.quarantine.symantec.com) as an Admin and go to Manage Email Templates menu on the left.
From the drop down list next to the Email Template option, select Notifications and click Get Template button:

You can customize the template and adjust it to your needs. Once changes are done, click on the Apply button below.
Use Preview button to preview changes you have made and Reset button to reset the notification to its default.
