During an upgrade of the Workload Automation Agent, the installer terminates with a POJO incompatibility error. The error message does not specify which plugins or files are incompatible. Furthermore, running the ./cybAgent -vv command as suggested by the documentation fails to display the expected plugin extension details, showing only "Hadoop".

Workload Automation Agent
Versions prior to 24.0
The ability to view detailed plugin extension information via the agent version ./cybAgent -vv command is a feature enhancement introduced in version 24.0 and above.
For Agent Version 24.0 and Higher:
The ./cybAgent -vv command will display a list of plugin extensions under the section: "Plugin Extensions Configured on Agent:".
For Versions Prior to 24.0:
The ./cybAgent -vv command will not display the full list of Plugin Extensions. To identify which Plugin Extensions need to be upgraded, you must check the agent installation log. Look for the UpgradeCheckAndPrepare entry, which lists the detected POJOs.
Example log entry: UpgradeCheckAndPrepare: INSTALLED_POJO_LIST=SAP Cloud
Remediation:
Users utilizing POJO Plugin Extensions must migrate to the latest versions to proceed with the upgrade.
Navigate to the Automation Marketplace to download the most recent version of the specific plugin extension in use.
Replace the legacy extensions with the updated versions.
Note: Verify the Plugin Extension(s) before attempting to download replacements from the Marketplace.
