Issue/Introduction

CAS services are down. Management Console is available but services does not function properly.

Environment

• Content Analysis 3.2

Cause

Antivirus service (avservice) crashed and restarted.

avservice produces core.

 

Resolution

NPPCAS-72837 to be fixed in CAS 4.2
