ConnectALL - User Fields Configuration Window - adding enough fields to go to a second page causes new fields to be displayed under page arrows

Issue/Introduction

When adding many user fields to an automation. After getting to the second page, the new Field input row is populated under the pagination row.  

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Open User Fields under the Gear menu
2. Choose any Application Type (adapter) from the drop-down list, and click Search.
3. If the user fields are available, the result will be displayed .
4. Click Add Field to add a new field.
5. Provide the input for field ID, name and datatype and click on to save.
6. Keep adding fields until you see a second page arrow appear (about 8 or 9 fields)
7. Add another field

Expected Results: 

• A new page should appear to continue adding fields

Actual Results:

• See page 2 fields just below the paging arrows.
