Issue/Introduction

• Following error is observed on the vCenter UI for the Supervisor cluster configuration status:

• Verifying the virtual machine's for the AVI control plane nodes and Service Engine's, following error is observed:

Environment

vSphere Kubernetes Service 

AVI Load Balancer

Cause

AVI environment is unreachable as all AVI Controller Node Virtual Machine's are experiencing filesystem failures.

Resolution

Manually repair the filesystem on all AVI Controller Node VMs and AVI Service Engine (SE) Virtual Machine's using the following command:
e2fsck -f /dev/sda3 -y
