Issue/Introduction

APMIA agent is installed to monitor the sitemon Access gateway data but it is not reporting any data. The base apmia agent metrics are reporting data in the APM UI.

 

Resolution

Install the latest apmia agent.

1- make sure that 8080 port is enabled on apmis agent side (In IntroscopeAgent.profile), it is the same port that is specified in the server.conf on sitemon Access gateway side. 

2- make sure in server.conf on sitemon Access gateway side has enabled set to yes.

stop and start apmia agent

stop and start siteminder access gateway (SPS) agent.
