After downloading a management pack from the (VCF Solutions Catalog) , it can fail adding this as a management pack under integrations in Aria Operations 8.x
Aria Operations 8.x
The /storage/log/vcops/log/pakManager/vcopsPakManager.root.query.log file shows entries similar to this. In this example - it is the Kubernetes PAK failing to upload. This can be seen with other PAK files failing to upload.

This issue is environmental and can be worked around by uploading the management pack on the same network as the Aria Operations instance.
For a permanent solution - we recommend verifying the network traffic from the source RDP/machine to the Aria Operations instance, and any potential network blockers like SSL inspection, Proxy and Firewall logging.
If the networking is valid, and the same issue persists. Please reference this KB on a new support case with our Broadcom VCF Support Team
