HCX Bulk Migration is automatically canceled when the Switchover does not complete within the scheduled window

Issue/Introduction

• The migration is canceled upon reaching the end of the pre-configured Switchover schedule.
• The following message is observed in the details of the affected migration:

Cause

The Switchover failed to complete within the specified schedule window.
As noted in KB#390725, Bulk Migration for write-intensive DB servers requires significant time for Offline Sync, which may prevent the Switchover from completing within the scheduled duration.

Resolution

Please extend the duration of the Switchover schedule window.
Alternatively, scheduling the Switchover during periods of low activity for the source virtual machine may help reduce the time required to complete the process.
