VCF SDDC objects fails to load in VCF Operations

Issue/Introduction

VCF SDDC objects fails to load in VCF Operations and the UI is stuck. It spins indefinitely and eventually fails to display inventory objects.

Environment

VCF Operations 9.0.x

SDDC Manager 9.0.x

Cause

• The SDDC Manager is unresponsive - unable to open its product UI.
• The VCF experience within Fleet Management Lifecycle is dependent on the underlying SDDC Manager 9.0.x.

Resolution

• Check the collection status on the SDDC adapter within VCF Operations. Integration should be in collecting/data receiving status with a green check.
• Should there be an issue with the collection status of SDDC adapter, suggest to reboot the SDDC manager appliance from the vCenter server.

Additional Information

• For any issues with SDDC manager even after a graceful reboot of the appliance, can consider following the steps outlined in the knowledge base article below:
  "Failed to init PSC and/or Postgres. Check the SDDC Manager UI Server logs for more details." VCF UI is not accessible.
