This article describes how to create a Scan-time Protection Policy using Sender Email address in Symantec Email Security.cloud.

Resolution

To create a Scan-time Protection Policy using Sender Email address :

• Navigate to Platform>List Management and create a list of Email addresses to include or exclude by creating a new list and then selecting Email Addresses from the Content Type list.

• Then, navigate to Services > Scan-time Protection Policy page, add a policy with an IF condition of Envelope Sender Email Address IS IN/IS NOT IN <your Email addresses list>.
• Choose a THEN action and save the policy.

• Then Enable the policy.
