An Amazon User attempts to log into CloudHealth, they click "Next" to accept the "Terms of Service", and then they see a HTTP Error 422 message.
The Amazon user likely has a duplicate account created in our default Amazon AWS tenant, which is likely causing the user to see this error message. Our Amazon AWS tenant keeps track of all Amazon users that have access to multiple customer tenants in CloudHealth. Since customers do not have access to our Amazon AWS tenant, you'll need to contact CloudHealth support to get the duplicate Amazon account removed. Removing the duplicate account should resolve the issue and allow the Amazon User to access CloudHealth.
