Issue/Introduction
The following article discusses how to verify the specific patch and version of CA Plex that is running

Resolution
Go into the CA Plex IDE, then choose the Help -> About CA plex menu option.
You will see the PTF build level that is in place, which indicates the Cumulative Patch that has been installed.
In the example below, the version is 7.2.1 and no additional PTFs, indicating it is a GA Build with no further cumulative updates
Additional Information
Regarding any test patches that were obtained from a support case through product Development, there is no specific record maintained within CA Plex of any such test patches that have been installed. End users are instructed to maintain an offline record of such test patches that may have been obtained and applied.
Test patches that are issued for a specific issue will be included as part of the next applicable PTF Build.
