The CPU limit for the TSU in SYSVIEW is different from the JES2PARM.

Issue/Introduction

Noticing that the Limit value from the ACTIVITY of all TSU users is set to the value of 180 which is 3 minutes but the JOBCLASS(TSU) from JES2PARM set this value to 15 minutes.

Resolution

Based on the JES display, it shows a default limit for JOBCLASS(TSU) at 15 minutes. SYSVIEW's ACTIVITY command displays the current limit as per the address space control block, ASCB field ASCBJSTL. That would mean that there is another process or program on the system that modified the limit for the jobs displayed, potentially an IEFUTL Exit.
