Issue/Introduction

Issue/Problem/Symptoms: 

Got error ESP806W for EXHFILE after upgrade CA Workload Automation ESP edition

Environment:  

CA WA ESP Edition 11.4 Z/OS

Cause: 

The restart option (or Encore) is not enabled because of missing CYBRMDDB member. This has caused the error.

Resolution/Workaround:

Find and add back the CYBRMDDB member to prefix.CD7YLOAD library.
