Layer 7 performance - JMS connection issues with weblogic while using thick client jars.?????

ISSUE:

Web logic drops JMS connections continually. Client currently uses thick client jars wlclient.jar and wljmsclient.jar
The error seen in logs is: 'weblogic.messaging.dispatcher.DispatcherException: Could not register a DisconnectListener for [Delegate(xxxxxxxxx)
