Issue/Introduction

Configure multi value attribute for phone_number, ivr_phone_number, for auto enrlollment. When configured as multi-value attributes, as described here: https://techdocs.broadcom.com/us/en/symantec-security-software/identity-security/identity-security-platform/4-0/Admin-Console/adminconsole-settings/admin-console---identity-stores/admin-console--ldap-configuration.html 

When the attribute ivr_phone_number is configured as multi-value, it disappears as an option. It works as a single-value option.

Release : 4.0

Resolution

This feature will be part of the 4.0.2 release which is slated for first or second week or March tentatively. Please watch the notification for 4.0.2 release around that timeframe and validate. Please reach out to IDSP support for any clarifying questions.
