Invalid day of week shown in the DCS IPS update from violation events tuning wizard

Issue/Introduction

When you select a specific date range in the IPS update from violation events wizard, the day of the week is off by one day.
Monday is showing up as Sunday, Tuesday showing as Monday, and so on

DCS 6.10.0
DCS 6.10.1
DCS 6.10.2

Cause

Day of the week is shown as the prior day in the date time picker for IPS event tuning 

Resolution

This is a known issue, slated for resolution in the next product update.
