When trying to deploy a new foundation in Tanzu Hub, the "Foundation Core version" list is empty and you get an error: Foundation core version is required

Re-sync capabilities from Tanzu Network. You can re-sync by following the Collect capabilities from Tanzu Network steps with a new token
