Option to upgrade supervisor version unavailable

Issue/Introduction

When trying to upgrade supervisor, supervisor is not listed as available for upgrade. This happens even though supervisor appears to be in healthy state.

Cause

Supervisor license is absent or expired.

Resolution

Follow steps in documentation here to assign valid license to supervisor.
