A user who uses the default Unit of Measure sees the Clarity Reporting unit as FTE, regardless of the system default Unit of Measure (Administration > System Settings > User Defaults).
Clarity 16.3.3
This has been modified in Clarity 16.4.0, and the Report Designer now has a Settings tab where one or more Unit of Measures can be enabled to be used for that report:
In this release, the report itself displays the Unit of Measure in use (and other available UoM if they have been enabled in the Report Designer):
Workaround (Clarity 16.3.3):
The user can set its own Unit of Measure in Avatar > Settings > General > Unit of Measure. If the value is already the desired UoM, change it to some other and close the Settings pop-up, and repeat the steps to change it again to the right unit (e.g.: if current value is Days and desired value is Days, change Days to Hours, close the pop-up; then change Hours to Days, close the pop-up).
