No Check Period Option when creating a duplicate of JMeter Monitor
"CHECK PERIODS - "Delay between checks" is empty, No results found:

ASM account out of monitor subscription, this will make the available intervals empty.
As the root cause is not obvious, UI enhancement # DE662437 has been created to improve and add a message to help the end-user.
a) Delete old/obsolete monitors to allow new ones to be created
b) Contact your reseller / partner / account manager for assistance to increase the ASM subscription and monitor counts.
