CSmLogger::FetchMsg crash from JDK JVM in Policy Server

Issue/Introduction

Running 6 Policy Servers, all these ones crashed reporting the following stack:

Program terminated with signal 11, Segmentation fault.

Environment

6 Policy Servers 12.8SP8CR01 on Redhat 7;
JDK 17.0.11.

Resolution

Upgrade the Policy Server to 12.9SP1 to benefit from fix DE651401, solving this issue.

With this version, the Policy Server won't crash anymore, and it will write that line in the Policy Server traces (Profiler):
