Legacy Logs View Fails to Render Policies Popup in AVI Load Balancer Analytics

Issue/Introduction

• In the legacy Logs view of the Virtual Service UI, the Policies popup under Load Balancer Analytics fails to render correctly.
• Instead of displaying the expected policy information, the popup shows the unresolved template placeholder

• This issue is observed when navigating to: Virtual Service > Logs > Load Balancer Analytics > Policies

Environment

• VMware Avi Load Balancer 22.1.x and 30.2.x up to 30.2.6

Resolution

Workaround:

• As a temporary workaround, use the new Logs View (Tech Preview) instead of the legacy logs interface.
• The Tech Preview logs view does not exhibit this issue and correctly renders the Policies popup.
• Starting with version 31.1.1, the old log view is deprecated and new log view is enabled by default Enhanced Log View
• Navigate to the Logs page of the Virtual Service, enable the Tech Preview option

• This UI issue is resolved in 30.2.7 version. Upgrade to version 30.2.7 or later to resolve this permanently.

Additional Information

• This issue is limited to the UI rendering of the Policies popup in the legacy logs view and does not affect any traffic processing
