Postgres on Cloud Boundary support only read replica not logical replication

Issue/Introduction

Using Debezium CDC in scdf, if you are trying to set postgres db WAL to logical using Tanzu Postgres tile, the option to set WAL is not present for the service instance in the on-demand-plan.

Resolution

This feature will be added to the future releases of Tanzu SQL tile for Cloud Foundary.
