vMotion Precheck Fails with Error: "vMotion is not licensed for the source/destination host"

Issue/Introduction

When attempting to initiate a vMotion task, the following precheck error is observed:

vMotion is not licensed for the source host '######'

Confirmed that it is not a match of vMotion Precheck Fails with Error: "vMotion is not licensed for the source/destination host" despite valid ESXi licensing since in this case the ESXi hosts do not have the correct license type assigned

Cause

An incorrect license type is assigned to the host under Licensing>Licenses>Assets>Hosts (i.e. VSAN licensing that should be applied to on a cluster level) 

Resolution

Add the correct licensing and assign to hosts under Licensing>Licenses>Assets>Hosts and then disconnect and reconnect the hosts
