Dynamic IP address in Clarity

Issue/Introduction

In CSA, we currently use the server IP address in the Bind Address field and set 'Use JDBC Ping' to TRUE.

Our System Administrator mentioned that the IP address may change dynamically.

For Clarity PPM, should we request a static IP address, or is there a way to configure the system to work with dynamic IP addresses?"

Resolution

With Clarity only use "Static IP Address"
