Issue/Introduction

An administrator reported that both connectors are showing in DOWN status in VLCR UI.

Environment

VMware Live Cyber Recovery version :  9.0.0.11

Cause

A scheduled VxRail maintenance activity caused a disruption across all hosted Virtual Machines. While the hardware maintenance concluded, the connector VMs failed to resume normal communication services automatically.

Resolution

A manual reboot of the affected connector VMs was performed, successfully restoring the heartbeat and connectivity to the VMware Live Cyber Recovery console.
