Multi select value not removed in target system when advanced value mapping set to skip in ConnectALL

Issue/Introduction

When an advanced value mapping is set to skip a multi select field value and you attempt to remove an unrelated value, the entire field synch is skipped.

 

For example, Rally allows spaces in Tags, however Jira does not.

In this use case, an advanced value mapping is configured to skip any tags that have a space character to prevent errors from Jira during the synch.

However, if a tag is removed and a tag with a space is added in the same synch cycle, the removal is never reflected because ConnectALL skips the whole Tag/Label field.
