First time upgrade after ConnectALL installation defaults to "Install" option

Issue/Introduction

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Install ConnectALL 4.0 with non-root user so the services are not created.
2. Run the upgrade to 4.0.1 version.

 

Actual Results: 
Upgrade defaults to "Install" option. This can lead to attempting to reinstall ConnectALL resulting corruption of the installation.

 

Expected Results: 
Once ConnectALL is installed, Install option should no longer be available.
