Attempts to deploy, import or delete any of the VCF components are failing with an error similar to LCMVMSP10021

The vmware_vrlcm.log shows a connection attempt to VCF Automation waiting for a task that never completes and times out after one hour.

Cause

The VMSP platform service in VCF Automation is not in a healthy state.
