Fleet Management SFTP settings not updating

Issue/Introduction

• Attempting to reconfigure SFTP settings in the VCF Operations UI, Fleet Management >> Lifecycle >> Settings >> SFTP Settings fails with error LCMVMSP10035: "failed to connect to SSH server: ssh: handshake failed".
  
  
•  The following error can be found in /var/log/vrlcm/vmware_vrlcm.log on the Fleet Management appliance:

Resolution

1. Take non-memory snapshots of all VCF Identity Broker appliance in VCenter.
