vSphere Supervisor adapter instance status is in warning with error 'Error while creating client certificates for the Cloud Proxy - the cloud proxy <CPFQDN>'

Issue/Introduction

• vSphere Supervisor adapter instance status is Warning when hovering over state shows Collecting , Status is Error and Message is 'Error while creating client certificates for the Cloud Proxy - the cloud proxy <CPFQDN>' 
• OS and Application Monitoring Adapter Instance on the Cloud Proxy is not collecting 

Environment

VCF Operations 9.0.x

Cause

OS and Application Monitoring adapter is part of the client certificate generation chain, so its absence or unhealthy state will directly impact certificate-related operations

Resolution

1. Sign into VCF Operations UI
2. Navigate to Infrastructure Operations → Configurations → Expand OS and Application Monitoring Adapter Instance → Select the Application Monitoring Adapter Instance (CloudProxy-########-####-####-####-############)
3. Select the affected Application Monitoring Adapter Instance  → Click on square icon to stop collection → Click on triangle icon to start collection
