Prioritize Custom Situation Definitions describes how you can order situations so that priority is considered when creating situations.
How does this consideration work? Does it stop processing an incoming alert as soon as the first matching situation is found?

The priority of situation definitions can be adjusted using the drag-and-drop functionality, where definitions at the top take the highest precedence.
Once an alarm matches a higher-priority situation definition, it will not be matched against others. Consequently, an alarm can only be part of one situation at a time.
