VCF SSO setup failed due to Unknown error

Issue/Introduction

VCF VIDB already installed completed

SSO type is AD over LDAP and the target AD server work normally with current vCenter

Below error appear when user provisioning step during creating vIDB directory:

Your request failed with error "(1548) - Unknown error"

Environment

VMware Cloud Foundation 9.0.2

Resolution

Make sure both the format of Base user DN and Base group DN are correct when setup directory

Use the admin user with correct format(SAM or UPN) which is identical with the one in used
