The current information is that alarms get purged/deleted once it is closed for 30 days.
Need to know the OI alarms purge/delete policy setting for DX O2 SAAS.
You see the purged/deleted alarms are still listed when you view the closed alarms, but you find Lifecycle Events, Triage and Affected Metric are all deleted (no information) under cross pending tabs.
Is this working as designed?
There was an issue with purge job on the DXO2 SAAS backend services side. OI DEV team fixed the issue with purge job.
