Unable to create flexreport using product_operatingSystem

Resolution

CloudHealth FlexReports generate custom reports often based on AWS Cost and Usage Reports (CUR).
AWS Cost and Usage Reports (CUR) include the product_operatingSystem field (also referenced as product/operatingSystem), which describes the OS of resources like EC2 instances (e.g., Amazon Linux, Ubuntu, Windows Server).
Since AWS CUR provides the product_operatingSystem field for applicable EC2 usage, it becomes available in FlexReports once EC2 instances generate billable data with resource-level details enabled
Hence the product_operatingSystem field (also referenced as product/operatingSystem) should be available once EC2 instances are available.
