Issue/Introduction

You noticed relocated and renamed menu items in the Email Security.cloud portal after 7th of Feb 2026.

Resolution

During the scheduled Email Security.cloud maintenance on 7th of Feb 2026 some options in the menu received new names according to the list below:

Outbound DKIM Signing Settings -> DKIM Signing
Email Submission Service Settings -> Submission Plug-in Settings
Email Disclaimers -> Disclaimers
Message Annotations -> Annotations
Email Impersonation Control -> Impersonation Control
Email Track and Trace -> Track and Trace
Email Delivery Troubleshooting Tool -> Delivery Troubleshooting Tool
Email Queues -> Queue Status
Email Submissions -> Submissions

Legal Notices and Cookies were moved to bottom of the footer.

Menu options (except Support) have alphabetical order, so the item like Track and Trace, is located now as the last position under Tools menu.
This is expected change.
