Issue/Introduction
When using TPCF, is there an option for an application developer to forward container and network metrics to an external system (e.g. via OTEL)?

Resolution
There's currently no self service option for developers to configure sending system metrics or logs to OTEL at the platform level.
This is a platform wide config that needs to be added to the tile configuration. More information on this configuration is available here:
