BSOD in vfsmfd.sys with OneDrive after Windows Login

Issue/Introduction

BSOD occurs on Windows 11 systems running DLP Agent when OneDrive is active. The crash attributed to the vfsmfd.sys driver, occurs consistently after the initial incident, requiring agent uninstallation as a temporary workaround.

Environment

DLP 16.0 RU2, 16.1 MP1, 25.1

Cause

This is a product defect

Resolution

For DLP 16.0 RU2 - Issue is fixed in Agent HF9(Symantec_DLP_16.0.2_RU2HF9_Agent_Win-IN.zip).
For DLP 16.1 MP1 - Issue is fixed in DLP 16.1 MP2
For DLP 25.1 - Issue is fixed in DLP 25.1 MP1
