Datacom server log messages prefixed with BPXM023I on some LPARs

Issue/Introduction

On some LPARs, Datacom server log messages are prefixed with BPXM023I messages:

BPXM023I (userid) DSV00049I - Datacom Server Version 15.1.02 Initialized 

On other LPARs there is no BPXM023I:

DSV00049I - Datacom Server Version 15.1.02 Initialized

Cause

The BPXM023I message comes from the USS console service used by Server and is issued depending on the security for the user.

Resolution

To suppress the  BPXM023I  message, the userid associated with Datacom Server will need to be given READ access to BPX.CONSOLE in the FACILITY resource class.
