Alarm not passing to AIOPs

Issue/Introduction

We have observed that the alarms are not passing from UIM to AIOPs.

[INIT_THREAD, oi_connector] CacheManager created with default config
[INIT_THREAD, oi_connector] Error while getting the device information from database. java.lang.NullPointerException
 at java.util.concurrent.ConcurrentHashMap.putVal(ConcurrentHashMap.java:1011)

[ALARM_PROCESSOR_THREAD-3, oi_connector] key updatealarm_host_to_original_probes does not exists inside section : setup setting the default value url_response 
[ALARM_PROCESSOR_THREAD-4, oi_connector] key updatealarm_host_to_original_probes does not exists inside section : setup setting the default value url_response 
[ALARM_PROCESSOR_THREAD-2, oi_connector] key updatealarm_host_to_original_probes does not exists inside section : setup setting the default value url_response 

Environment

DX O2 SaaS

UIM v23.4 cu4

OI Connector 2.02

Resolution

GC Heap was increased and OI Connector restarted.

Restarted the UIM service on the OI robot.

After these were performed, the alarms started passing through.
