Issue/Introduction

Alarms coming in from UIM and opening tickets in the Service Now, all tickets are experiencing the below error in the UI on the Alarms page.

"The configured user is not authorized to use the MDR"

Environment

DX O2 SaaS

Resolution

Issue was with the Service Now user/password configuration.  Once this was resolved, DX O2 was able to open tickets on Alarms in Service Now.

Additional Information

Checked the browser developer tools.  Getting a 404 in the console, but network status showing no issues.  Suspect it is with the Service Now side.
