Virtual Machine(s) in Aria Operations are blank/empty on the Summary Tab

Issue/Introduction

In the Aria Operations UI VMs are empty with no data fields

Environment

Aria Operations 8.18.x

Cause

Data node was down on a non-HA cluster. 

Resolution

1. Login to the Aria Operations Admin UI : https://ariaOps_FQDN/admin

2. Confirm node is in a non-HA cluster and is showing inaceessible. 

3. Hit the button "Take Cluster Offline"

4. Once the cluster is offline, reboot all nodes in the vSphere UI. 

5. Once the reboots are complete, hit the button "Bring Cluster Online" . The nodes should all be collecting metrics and the VM should be showing metrics and information in the summary tab.
